Lights, Trauma, Action - Small Animal Emergencies & Endocrinology - Focusing on internal medicine and soft tissue surgery, this year’s Hong Kong conference is set to be a success. The conference runs over three nights so you can use your days to explore what Hong Kong has to offer. Tuesday night will focus on the management of trauma and critical care cases, while Wednesday will show you what’s new in fracture repair and cruciate disease, and the highs and lows of cortisone. Thursday will take you to an investigation of lameness and weakness.

Open Wide, Come Inside: Small Animal Dentistry - The workshop will encompass both general and advanced dental techniques. The weekend will cover both periodontal treatment and oral surgery including extractions, but will go beyond the basics of the diseases and their treatment. Day one will cover the pathogenesis of periodontal disease, as well as, exploring the current and future therapy options available to companion animals for saving teeth. It will also cover treatments including scaling, polishing, gingival flaps and guided tissue rejuvenation. On day two oral surgery techniques will be reviewed, including extractions, fracture repair and soft tissue surgery.
